Description:
Background
Our client has a large, complex, and diverse portfolio of built assets. A Senior Business Analyst will be assisting our client in developing a long-term strategy to ensure the sustainability of our client’s asset portfolio.
Technical Criteria
Must have extensive (ten or more years experience) experience as a senior executive in the private or public domain.
Must have a valid Government of Canada Secret Clearance.
Should demonstrate having ten or more years of professional experience at a senior level providing strategic advisory services to private or public sector organizations.
Should have a recent and significant experience providing strategic advice to senior officials on a range of issues including, but not limited to organizational design, long-term strategic business planning,
business process engineering, change management.
Should have a minimum of 5 projects/initiatives where there were regular engagement with Government of Canada Central Agencies within the last ten years.
Should demonstrate having a senior leadership role on a minimum of 2 major transformational projects/initiatives within the last ten years.
Responsibilities
- Being available when needed given adequate notice;
- Meeting with our client to discuss and clarify the objectives, timeframes and deliverables;
- Reviewing all necessary background materials to complete the work objectives;
