Description:

Background

A Senior Business Analyst is to support the development, testing and implementation of our client’s HR to Pay Tracking System, support the development, testing, and implementation of bug fixes for the groups that will be live and support the achievement of the conversion from the Pay Issue Portal application to the HR to Pay Tracking System.

 

Technical Criteria

Must have a minimum of sixty (60) months of experience, within the last one hundred and twenty (120) months, in the role of a Business Analyst.

Must have a minimum of twelve (12) months of experience, within the last sixty (60) months, using Business Process Modelling tools such as MS Visio, in the analysis and development of business requirements, process development, process mapping and training.

Must have the following certification: Agile Practitioner.

Must have a valid Government of Canada Reliability clearance.

Should have experience, in multiple projects (Of at least 12 months long) within the last one hundred and twenty (120) months performing the following:
