Description:

Background

A Senior Business Analyst will be supporting the client for the successful development and implementation of concrete measures to address redundancy in processes and procedures as well as the delivery of new HR capabilities that will decrease the impact on employees pay related issues. 

 

Technical Criteria

Must have at least one of the following:

Must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in the last ten (10) years creating and documenting detailed business analyses.

Must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in the last ten (10) years in budgeting and forecasting.

Must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in the last ten (10) years in reporting on issues and schedules to stakeholders.

Must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in the last ten (10) years in research and analysis in order to recommend/provide business solutions to business problems.

Must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in the last ten (10) years in research and analysis in order to recommend/provide business solutions to business problems.

Must have a valid Government of Canada Reliability Clearance.
