We provide Program Management solutions to our clients that improves and stream line their internal business operations. We also provide staffing solutions to our clients in both the Public and Private sectors Services. Tech4Soft Inc is looking for a experienced proposal writer to develop a strategic approach to managing and developing proposal responses. Some of proposal writer tasks include:
- Responding to Request for Supply Arrangements and Standing Offers (RFSA /RFSO), Requests for Quotations (RFQ), Letters of Interest (LOI), and, Advance Contract Award Notices (ACAN).
- Identifying specific corporate requirements and any risks that might impact our business
- Develop an action plan to create a proposal response that reflects the uniqueness of Tech4Soft, from the initial review of a potential bid opportunity, through to the final completion and submission of a bid
- Develop a strategic approach to managing and developing proposal responses.
- Interpreting Bid Documents / Addendums And Communicating With Contracting Authorities
- Develop specialized content in response to evaluation criterion. Tasks Includes: ensure that your content is written and displayed in a manner that is easily understood by contracting authorities
- Review the final product for clarity of content, language and formatting. Make sure that you are compliant with all evaluation criteria, while making your business stand out from the competition.
- Develop customized checklists that will help you make sure your proposal submissions are clear and consistently compliant with requirements.
- Monitor tender sites, identify opportunities, and provide your company with an executive summary of applicable tenders
- Must have at least two years of experience working on Federal Governments' bids.
